Why did you leave Liverpool off the list?

Liverpool are actually a good team - those 4 are bang average this season compared to years gone by and multiple sides have gotten the better of them.

I would have kept him but just seen he plays #10 for CSKA so he probably wouldn't have been use to us, Looked a decent player not a world buster but has that bit of quality at times.

Appointing Sam Allardyce has consequences.

I know the Russian League isn't all that but at 22 and in the running for being the best player he'd have me very excited if we were signing him now. A shame really.

Id be interested to see what he would do at a club with a bit more money.

If Ancelotti hadn't have come he'd probably have been my choice to be honest. At the very least players in his teams never hide and he seems a down to Earth bloke who supporters would warm too if a few little things went his way early. Other clubs around mid-table are seriously missing a trick by not going for him instead of these foreign wasters like Silva, Pellegrini, Sanches, De Boer, Gracia, etc.

True but neither they or arsenal were at the races when we played them before the lockdown.

Just think he's been naive in his set up - we just haven't the midfield to go with 442 unless you're playing lesser sides imo.

I dont mind him sticking with it as its something that will benefit us long term but from a points perspective he should have gone a bit more defensive in a few games including the Spurs game - he see's Sheff Utd beat them 3-1 days prior with a back 3 yet sticks with the same formation that hasnt really brought results against the "big 6".
