Seriously, the way they are using VAR in the league is just such a waste of time. There's as clear a penalty as you can get

Cricket has the right way of it; give managers or the captain two challenges per game that are lost if incorrectly used. Otherwise VAR checks all goals and penalties.

I've said it before 2. The referee and the people in VAR need to come out after each and every match and explain why they chose what they did for each decision. The old excuse was that the game was too fast and referees will make mistakes. They have video replay and they still can't get things even remotely correct.
I don't get it, VAR has disallowed two goals today but but they can't MAKE a call? It's like they are deliberately trying to make it fail
