The idea that a player has to fall for him to have been fouled it ruining football. It's the one thing most responsible for everyone diving.

The idea that absolutely any form of contact in the box, or anywhere on the pitch for that matter, in a contact sport should result in penalisation is what's ruining football.

I agree but the threshold needs to be somewhere between any contact is a foul and only contact that knocks someone over is a foul.

And if you don't want to call what Jorginho did a kick than what is it? An attempted trip? A tackle? If it's any of those things it is a foul since he missed the ball by a solid yard. To me level of contact is unimportant because the intent is to illegally impede him.

In what sense? We're both rich and they've won a league recently so arguably have a greater allure for players & managers.
They don’t have as much money as we do. What are the comparative spends over the past 5 years? Their league mattered that much that we could poach (sadly) a key memeber of their set-up in Walsh.

Mate the only people I've seen so far agree with that penalty call was you and a whole host of bitter Arsenal fans on Twitter.

GOT, pundits, even Watford fans online said it was extremely soft.

Give. Up.

They're rich, they don't need to be as rich as us to be rich, we spent £40m on Sig and they spent £25m on Maddison.

And yeh they seem gutted we "poached" Walsh don't they.

When have I ever cared what the majority of people think?
