How the hell are we still sixth

There are 5 teams below us with a game in hand that could take them above us. Villa have two games in hand.

Right. I wasn’t asking technically and mathematically why. As if I think there is some glitch in the counting. I am saying it like ‘it’s mad we are still sixth right now after the run we are on’ like doesn’t matter what first four games we had you would think that run would send you to bottom half by now. Of course there are technical reasons.

It’s too much pressure being near the top. Once our brave lionhearts have lost enough games to totally remove them from any possibility of attaining Europe spots, I expect a much better performance (homesickness epidemic notwithstanding)

I make the mistake every weekend thinking I can read this thread to see how today's football is going. Then last a page or two of the same people droning on about how bad we are even though we're not playing, before making an escape.. It's bad enough having to watch us, these lads need to get out.
