Raiola has pretty much boxed a move off at the end of the season. Haaland has a release clause for about 60m that kick in in 2021, he keeps scoring then he will be off.

compare that to the two scandals we had last season, where a perfectly good goal vs them was disallowed and a penalty was given for nothing vs Brighton

This. Journo in the Guardian saying that the decisions were both correct under current laws. Goes on to say that the law is a mess.
I would say that laws are at their messiest when they're not applied consistantly.
