The thing is it is a strategy and a very smart one. Penalties are the easiest chance to score you'll get in a game and they have players who know how to draw them and I include diving effectively in that knowledge. It's part of the game.

If this was a legitimate stat used to rate teams on FIFA or PES, the RS would be like a 99.
