It's all gone a bit Koeman second season for Frank hasn't it?

Expectations were low the first season and he did OK.

Lashes money all over the place like Steve Walsh in an Italian strip club with a suitcase full of club cash. Signings fail to gel and the rest of the squad isn't quite good enough to give them time to bed in so the pressure increase every match til he's sacked.

Comparisons end there though because he doesn't seem to be anywhere near as much of a bellend as the ginger michelin man.

Should have stuck with the academy lads instead of praising them to high heaven then throwing them under a bus as soon as he was given a wallet.

@TheBigIguana claims this is Koeman's biggest sin.

Their transfer strategy was just a mess this Summer. They needed a LB and GK and both signings are good and long-term. They had a good LW in Pulisic but then sign Werner. They don’t play attacking mids but go sign Havertz. Whatever the Hell he’s doing with Tomori is beyond me. Completely undone all the solid work and feel good factor of last season in a few months.
