Just seen the score... wtf.

Let me guess in a few weeks when Hasenhüttl wins a couple in a row the media will be praising him again.

Felt a bit sorry for Hasenthuttl at the end there, the banter aside which comes with it.

Raw emotion is somewhat taboo in sport, he bears responsibility for the result like any other but he looked broken.

I had a junior rugby coach that broke down like that after a match in France, he left the job a month later and never coached again.

Despite the glamour and big rewards, sport can be cruel. It's still a person behind the emotion.

That's a player choosing to fall over because bodies touch. Now if football was a non contact sport, then fine. But it isn't (yet) so why is it being referreed like they're on a Netball court?

VAR mate.

Honestly, every manager should instruct their player to fall over in the box to make VAR review it. What can you lose? You're not going to be punished afterwards (only happened once), won't get booked (they barely book diving now) and it's give the officials in Stockley Park something to ponder.

Zero sympathy for him. Goes to show he's not learnt and can't get him team to cope with 10 men.

What happened mate?

I think this will have a big impact. He did very well to get away with it last time, but to repeat it, the same scoreline too it will probably re open wounds. In the players minds too as much as anyone.

Some of the anoke being blown up his backside I did find embarrassing I have to say. The idea he was the right man for Chelse etc. They are 12th in the league in his 3rd season.

I'd love Danny Ings here as a post script.
