I think it is Chelsea bottling it though right? They had a first half where everything went their way but missed a sitter and lost 3 headers in their own penalty area to concede. Otherwise this tie is over and done.

Now Madrid have a week to fix it and no crown means they can easily go and win away. They were bad and didn't get completely done. I'd say they're going to be happy with it.

Both teams had settled for the draw at half time. Both of them bottled it.

That's fair I guess. I just think you've got to take advantage when a team as good as Madrid gets it as wrong as they did in that first half and Chelsea did not do so. They'll watch this back and be disappointed I think. Madrid will be relieved.

Can’t wait for the City Chelsea final. A fitting final showing the real current powers in European football. Who are you going to root for?

I'm not even saying Chelsea can't win next week. But I thought they were good enough to finish it off tonight and didn't.
