All forms or Capitalism are run by money that is the sole aim of the system so SKY , BT or whoever are going to promote the most successful products that is without doubt , whether certain clubs are told by the football authorities who to favour i am not sure about , i would agree though that the Big Clubs probably get more decisions but you would have to look at statistics over say 50 years to get an accurate picture

They need some firepower now. Aguero is getting more injury prone. Jesus is okay but more like a Firmino type player who doesn't score.

So apart from Sterling they don't have any real ruthlessness or threat up top as they used to for me.

And the less said about the defence the better
Sadly, he always seems to score against us.

Tbf having two similar incidents officiated the same way is objectively a good thing. Do I agree with either? No not really but if the rules are supposed to be a touch of the ball is no penalty and every game is going to be refereed to those rules I don't think people can really complain.

The clear and obvious thing is absolute stupidity. If you're reviewing the call just make a decision. The on field call should only stand when it is too close to tell. What I mean is if you can't actually tell whether the defender touched the ball for example then it should stay. Otherwise just get it right. The biggest problem with VAR for me is the referee communicates nothing. Every sport where replay works well involves the refs saying what they think in real time. That way even if you disagree you know what is being thought instead of just guessing.
Agreed.

Bloody hell - Just realised that Sheff Utd have 1 point from 8 games
Talent wise they have less of it than anyone in the league. Now teams also understand how they want to play. It's a bad mix.

They also wasted what money they did have on an overhyped kopite. Bournemouth have shown how that inevitably will end.

Yup I agree with that 100%. Consistency is probably what we as fans would like from refs the most, but rarely get.

And also agree with the clear and obvious as well. I guess the main sticking point for that is that each ref will have a different threshold for incidents. and yes exactly to the bolded.
