If she’s getting told to get back in the kitchen, and make a sandwich then yes, by definition, she is being discriminated against as these are insults that would not be levelled at a man
A woman in MMF threesome can be a filling in a sandwich and I suppose it could be made in a kitchen (although a bedroom would be far more comfortable).

They are a corporation though? As are Everton and every premier league club.

When you talk about a corporation you are talking the whole organisation. She is criticising their squad and management. It is a small enough group to be defamatory.

That's not discrimination, that's an insult, albeit a sexist one. Discrimination would be her not getting the job in the first place due to the fact she is a woman.
Yes, but they’ve insulted her about her sex in a way that specifically targets her sex, which therefore makes it discriminatory. If you specifically insulted a black person about their colour then that also would be discriminatory. Both of these types of insult are reprehensible. There are different types or discrimination, just as there are different types of equality.

Again, not Leeds United. That was the Twitter trolls.

how is it banter to post a video of the woman and tag her employer?

They could have just quoted what she said like they did with the chris wilder comment
Posting a video is actually fairer, as you get to hear the comment from the horses mouth. Quotes cannot actually communicate the non-verbal aspects of speech.

Sadly for her, it seems the attribute of being thick as two short planks does not discriminate along the lines of gender!
