No argument here, just amazes me that football managers and players persist with things that aren't working in the hope things change.

You're heading to West Ham for their home opener, you know Moyes is going to set them up to press your outlet ball, but you don't prepare or sanction a plan B. Vardy at the other end, he's going to chase everything, launch a couple over the top and give the passing it out from the back a knock.
