You’re right, but Rich doesn’t dive anymore and still gets no calls even when he’s hacked and in some cases legit arm tackled. Refs have bias even if they don’t intend to.

When Ancelotti was struggling we had no end of eulogising about Bielsa. Not even a season later and he’s in a relegation battle and probably getting fired. As I said at the time, no manager outside of the top 6 can succeed long term because eventually they’re only a few injuries away from a relegation battle.

Yeah but again that one was definitely incompetence. No one gives a toss about propping up Brighton.

He has had the most random ascent in football history imo, some dude who was never hyped by anyone, was a sub for Leicester and then turned into a god tier striker over night and is now on course to be Englands all time goal scorer.

For sure they get a lot of things wrong. But my and your initial reponse was about the PL being the most corrupt league in the world.

Is it not just that we watch the PL more than any other league/competition so believe there is something corrupt due to exposure?

Maybe if we were Italian Torino fans watching Serie A every week for example we might say that league is most corrupt etc.
