Wijnaldum must be regretting leaving Liverpool, the only club where he hasn’t been utterly terrible and instead was world class every single game. Funny how he’s not been able to recreate that form for any other club, just like Coutinho, just like Can

The two best sides in prem history apparently, just really good managers who are clearly light years ahead of Ferguson Wenger Mourinho Ancelotti Conte etc.

I just didn’t envisage Burnley getting sucked in (I know that sounds stupid, they’re in the relegation zone), but they’ve just dismantled Spurs and Brighton, amongst others. They have the fight.

Watford, Brentford and Norwich don’t.

If we get above Brentford, we stay above Brentford. So it’s vitally important that we don’t absolutely panic if we end the weekend on the bottom 3. Everything to play for with a further 7 home games to come after City.

UEFA institutes it. It'll be high enough that the PL clubs are still ahead of most everyone but also restrictive enough that no one can have two XIs that are top 15 sides in the world.

This isn't hard if you stop and think for like 18 seconds.

I think we're certs to finish above Brentford and Watford.

We should finish above Norwich as well at least.

You assume I want a level playing field, I dont.

I grew up watching Everton fight for titles with Liverpool, then United dominating, then a little ding dong between a few clubs, with todays battles between Liverpool and City.

Im ok with people being rewarded for being a well run football club.

This idea that everybody should be equal is for the fairies and things like the NFL with their little private club that nobody else can enter.
