Looked at it again and it looks like the shin pad moves. So some contact it looks like

I don't see it as a dive, I think Neves was certain he was getting the foul, looks back because the whistle isn't coming and then goes down.

The funny part of that Pogba non-foul isn't even that it is a foul but that it is an extremely dangerous one as he's gone straight over the ball and Dean has just let if run. I mean look at the picture closely in that tweet.

I mean, if you’re going to go down from contact on your ankle, you’ll go down right away, not walk completely fine for a bit then fall over. If that was against us I wouldn’t be arguing it was a foul as it’s embarrassing from Neves.
