He's a good (well probably excellent) player for the clubs just below the top 3 to 4 in the Dutch league. Can't see him re-produce his form for Feyenoord next season.

Would rather watch Hasenhuttl and Rangnick implement a philosophy than watch this dinosaur win yet another trophy. Not good enough for us apparently though.

Does the happiness of this offset the misery that's in their future?

If you're a big spending club who can afford to clean up the mess Mourinho always leaves once he's done then he's great and you've got more success to look forward to once you let the new guy fix everything with a big wad of doe

If you're not one of those clubs then it's short term gain for a considerable amount of pain
