Today’s Football 2021/22 Season

I like Rom a lot. It's just a different level with Haaland.
Agree, but if I am Granovskaia or whoever it is that would broker the deal with Haaland and I know in the summer of 2021 that I can't get him in the summer of 2022 then I would be all in on Lukaku.

City is the outlier for me in all this, their interest in Kane seems misguided unless they know that Haaland won't be an option for them either.

Reckon Haaland is already a done deal or has at least made it clear he isn't interested in those clubs.

Nice to see Norwich got their belly tickled and head patted today. What a pointless club. 6 guaranteed points for that lot every season
There isn't a single player in the Norwich squad who makes the RS bench. They should lose every game to Chelsea, City, United and the RS this season. This belly tickled nonsense is so weird, like they're suddenly supposed to spawn world class players because the RS came to town.

You’d think Bielsa would learnt her language by now.
He actually can speak English. The rationale is he wants to ensure that he doesn't get lost in communication plus it gives a buffer in terms of time and excuses.

On another note, Palace looked very poor yesterday and I suspect this will be the season they're finally jettisoned from the league.

Just watching MOTD and not seen Palace yet. Norwich look like bums making up the numbers though.

I'll be incredibly surprised if Norwich don't go straight down as per normal. Obviously a Norwich fan will disagree, but the typical yo-yo clubs frustrate me.

When the fixtures are announced, I look at teams like Norwich, Watford and Fulham and go meh although Fulham is a good away game. They're going down!

It's been nice to see teams like Brentford come up with passion, play good football and to an extent attempt to improve rather than simply survive.

Just seen Chelsea.

Palace looked second best from the highlights and not organised or confident in what they were doing. They need to pull their finger out asap otherwise they will be deep in the danger zone.

I am not saying they shud win every game but Norwich always seemed to get pumped 4 or 5 by that lot. 3 was actually an improvement. Clubs like Fulham Sheff UTD Watford who aren't blessed with good players get the odd result but Norwich just don't. Think its more annoying as they look decent vs us

They beat City ffs so that lack of quality is not an argument. How many of that team get in the City squad?

We will be “deep in the danger zone” whether we improve or not. That’s the Premier League for you. Plus, we are a team in transition with five first choice players injured or unavailable. We lost at the European Champions. Seriously, Meh.
