Don't be elitist, Malta and these other small countries have every right to compete at this level, it wasn't so long ago the likes of Poland Turkey and Switzerland ere routinely beaten.
Nothing elitist about it, they are pointless, it's just a friendly but helps us qualify for a tournament. I don't ever remember Poland, Turkey and Switzerland getting nobbed every game.

I know it’s opposition but compared to the 4 Nations League games last June, England looked much sharper in that first half considering it’s only 3 weeks removed from the season’s end
