Didn't he have Raiola as an agent for a while? so you could take your pick in terms of stories/dodgy deals tbh. The Mbappe stuff seems odd, Pogba and his bro have clearly had a massive falling out about something and his brother is taking revenge but he must know he could end up in jail for blackmail, all a bit mad really
