Why did all the clubs agree to 5 subs when this only benefits the rich clubs
The arguments people make online, “It allows for players to avoid injury. Fans want to see their favorite players and that can’t happen if they aren’t well rested.” And “It gives players who don’t play as much a chance to get into the game.” What kind of argument is the last one? That’s something you might say if this is a school rec league.

People parroting for years that he was just all pace and had poor footballing ability was odd
Rice? I don't think he's particularly good on the ball but he does win the ball really well. He'd improve someone like United. Some of the other top teams I'm less sure.

Still the fees around him are absurd.

Moyes football is quite dull ain’t it

Effective at times but dull as dishwater

The thing is its impossible for any club outside the scab 6 to really put something together long term.

At some stage you get found out and cant just sign a £70 million CF or 2x players for £100 million combined to freshen it up.

Wolves dropped form after a very good 2 seasons, West Ham likely will this season.

Leicester will be just happy they managed to pull off the unbelievable before their slide.

is it me or does one lad have exceptionally long arms

Honestly not seen him for United to judge. He was unstoppable in Germany but it's a much less defensive league. Maybe the pressure and expectations are too high there. He has not long turned 22 though.
would you say he's lost a bit of acceleration? I didn't watch him much in Germany but what he did see he seemed to be more willing to take a defender on in a 1v1. But now he always seems to turn away and play a safe pass

Possibly. Did he get COVID? Might be a consequence of that but like I say, never seen him for United. I think wingers tend to be less likely to go at defenders 1v1 than in Germany.
