They have such a young team/manager as well, that you can see them and City going at it for the next 2 to 3 years. A lot of those players are only going to get signed by City.

Absolutely. Massive purple patch hopefully will turn black and they are gone. I have a real dislike for themsince I dove for hours to their ground, got in early and was told it was a dry bar at the away end. Had to have a hot chocolate ffs.

The same thing happened to Villa Park about six years ago, too. The main away pub was charging £5 in, and we got in, and it had run out of beer...

Left my wife shopping in the town, got the metro to the ground (got jumped by local fans) and went into the ground an hour early for a beer and to check it out in general.totally forgot it was a euro game so all grounds were dry AND I hadn’t set my watch back do I was two hours early!

Is that the fans or the players? The commentators were saying the atmosphere was flat, and I thought to myself, 'Too right'. It's early afternoon on NY day.

I remember when we played Leicester at 12.30pm and the crowd was even hungover or had been too excessive over the festive period. It was silent.
