He said after talking to the official he couldn't see why the 3 wolves was offside and the rs 2nd wasn't.

fair enough, I cant see why one was given and the other wasn't. Had it been the RS 2nd disallowed but the Wolves 3rd allowed, that would have made sense as I saw and as I understand the game.
