England could do a lot worse than Routledge and Dyer.

There's a sentence I never thought I'd type.

hah, monk was moaning about this. i have to be honest, shelvey is better than most of the centre mids that have been picked for england lately.

he's definitely better than cleverley and he would seriously be a better option than over the hill gerrard and lampard.

dyer's just not good enough in the final 3rd for me but a lovely player to watch and still quite young. routledge is a much more consistant player than his previous prem clubs where he was a bit of a joke tbh - england have better wing options tbh, but yeah worse players have played for england recently

he does some stupid things and is a bit of a hothead, but he also does some insane things, i think england have too many "safe" players who aren't capable of doing the extraordinary - running this game here alongside siggurdson.
 

WBA lucky not to score an OG off the bar - this is why i think they're nailed on to finish bottom. can't defend and only have berahino as an attacking threat
