True in a way, other than Chelsea we basically beat nobody in either cup. Their league cup draws were quite easy as well.
As much as it hurts to admit it, he is clearly a very good manager. He is the perfect example of how a good manager can completely change the fortunes of a squad, we've got a squad with some very talented lads so hopefully this summer something will be done.

Hear hear! The one thing I'm clinging to at the moment, every dog has its day and all that, although our 'dog' has been waiting longer than we all thought/hoped......!!!

Honestly though, years of absolute raging watching that gang of scruffs get to finals. 4-0 Sevilla and then after they have suffered a couple of days Mourinho confirms he is our new manager and 24 hours after that Klopp resigns after admitting he's got a bad addiction to Scouse Hookers addicted to crack.
To be fair, they have beaten United, Dortmund and Villareal.
