Yeah, Burnley's title winning team was great as well. But they quickly went the same way as we did post-'70 (after we won the league). Did nothing after that, and their Chairman, Bob Lord said in the late -'60s that they'd be the team of the '70s. He was sadly mistaken...

Indeed...Burnley were right up with the best in the 60s...but had to sell their best young players to survive.....the spuds team with Pat Jennings, Gilzean, Mike England, Greaves etc were the best I've seen since the double winning side.....pity we'll win the Prem before their present lot will.....(lol)
