There have been a sizeable and vocal minority calling for him to go. This evening that has become a seething lynch mob majority on our forums and now includes me.
Bar a short period in the early 90s we have had squads of workmanlike players who give their all and can periodically overachieve. That's all I've known since 1968. Now we have the best squad of players we've ever had and they are woefully underachieving. Pardew has no idea. He has lost the dressing room. The Board now need to make sure he can't find the ground either.
