Bar a short period in the early 90s we have had squads of workmanlike players who give their all and can periodically overachieve. That's all I've known since 1968. Now we have the best squad of players we've ever had and they are woefully underachieving. Pardew has no idea. He has lost the dressing room. The Board now need to make sure he can't find the ground either.

He's a nobhead. His teams are very streaky. I remember when he did a little jig in front of Moyes when Charlton equalised in the last minute V us in the late 00's and he's still doing it now.
