Why are Spurs eliminated from the Champions League? It says everywhere they have been after they lost to Monaco. They have 4 points, -2 GD. Leverkusen have 7 points, +1 GD. If Spurs win by 3 and Leverkusen loses by 1, do they not advance?

Only if the head to head is exactly the same between the two teams does it then go down to GD.

Not sure how I feel about that, i think your performance in the whole group should be reflected first, not just between the tying teams.
