again, why does he always do this the moaning tit? If you had one less day for one game, it means you had an extra day recovery from the previous game. They have the money to have a squad big enough to cope with congestions, much more resources and a bigger squad than pretty much anyone else in the league, yet he moans about it. What an absolute ....

To be fair, the goals were not his fault if I remember correctly - Mertens was just on fire. Hart actually had a few decent saves. I only saw the first half though, so I can't totally vouch for him.

no, missed this one as i flew back home for xmas on Saturday night. Was expecting it to be much tighter with Espanyols good defensive record but I think Iniestas pass and Biteys touch for the first goal kind of ruined the game plan.
@WycombeToffee have you been to a derby at camp nou as an away fan? Think Quique will manage to build something decent on top of the defensive base he has set up? As I'm not local I would love to see Espanyol do well and have a real competitive derby again. I read the owner says he wants to buy a chinese player for the club, doesn't sound so good if they are interfering like that.
