They don't have any other (fit) options on the wing that I can think of. I'd be surprised if they didn't go looking for another winger in January. Sissoko certainly haven't offered much to their team today. Loses the ball and gives away cheap free kicks regularly.
 
I imagine that the reason that Barkley is linked to Spurs is that Dembele has issues with fitness and Sissoko isn't good enough. Also, Sissoko was rumoured to want to leave.

Even without Kane Spurs have been the better side. That said, De Gea hasn't exactly been overworked.

Hilarious to see Lukaku to try blame others for that awful cross he put in which sailed into nowhere.

United have looked bang average at best.
