Man Utd are a horrible team - they have just become this horrible corporate enterprise. Would be great if all these oil teams went bankrupt as well.

Imagine us fighting it out with Spurs and Arsenal for the title lol
You mean fighting it out with Spurs and Arsenal for second, when Liverpool are 10 points clear? It's the oil teams that are keeping life worth leaving on Merseyside

Atletico are my pick as well especially with the final at their place. Griezmann Costa Morata Lemar. They’ve got good options upfront to go with that defence and Real are no longer in it.
Yeah - Athletico were robbed that year they lost to Real in extra/stoppage time after defending brilliantly the whole match.

That was some game last night. I suppose that's what happens when you have no competition in your domestic league and come up against a team that has to put a shift in every week.

Worth watching for the Man U fellas Barnet alone - I'm well jell.

....I keep saying, the teams not involved in fighting for their domestic title have a big advantage in the latter stages of this competition. Of the 3 semi-finalists last season, only Bayern were in the top two of their domestic leagues.

Not sure what price United were to win the competition ahead of last nights 2nd leg, but they are in a good position. As are Spurs, of course. Chuffed for United, chuffed for anything that negatively impacts our neighbours.

Bloody hell.

Ajax and Porto in the Quarters (thoroughly, thoroughly deserved mind), potentially 4 English teams in the last 8, which would leave no German Teams and no Real Madrid.

Sepp Blatter and Platini will be livid.

Personally I’m actually enjoying the United revival, most mancs I know are Divvies like, but that attacking football, the questions over whether Solskjaer is good enough, then him continuously proving them wrong... it’s been a joy to watch.

Liverpool vs. Man Utd in the next round please, then the winner to play Barca (and lose)
