He's undercut the keeper. It's a foul every day of the week. Also Andy Hinchcliffe has said that every single foul England committed today isn't a foul.

It’s weird to say for someone who won the golden boot but I don’t know if he’ll ever make it at the very top level of the international game. I think he beats a lot of premier league defenders on anticipation which he struggles to do to the very best on the international stage. He hasn’t got that much pace and isn’t great at any one facet of his game. The sheer consistency he has in the prem of shooting so many times a match you just don’t get at international level. I don’t think top defences will ever be as scared of him as they were Rooney or Owen in their prime.
He stood his ground and de gea bounced it it off his head. All the contact came from the goalkeeper. Players cant disappear. It was never a foul in a million years. And I don't even like England.
Keepers are way too protected when they cock up. They can drop the ball unchallenged with no one within 3 yards and refs give them free kicks.

Well if the last man doesn't foul him from behind he is one on one with the keeper which is a obvious goal scoring opportunity. I don't think it was a foul but once he called it he had to give a red.
