It is Mancini and I'm not sure why it's him. I could be wrong but he's been terrible since leaving City. The team today looked like it had no real attacking threat and it didn't.

Scotland would have to win their Group in League C to go up to League B then win their group in that to go into League A, Wales only have to win their group to go up, England would have to beat Croatia home and away and get a point in Spain at least to stay in A

England get relegated Wales stay in B Scotland get promoted. It's really plausible. Scotland smashed Albania who already beat Israel so they have to be favorites. England already have a home defeat so finishing last isn't impossible. Wales lost to Denmark and beat Ireland badly so second is most likely
