Worries me how many of our fans choose to randomly watch Liverpool play.

Maybe it's because they are seen as the benchmark for how to play at the moment, and we could play like that in the future if we wanted. We have some decent, quick wide forwards, just need a quick centre forward who can scroe and we would have a strong front 3. Then make the midfield strong but able to create. we could easily play that quick pressing football if we want. Comes down to future signings and the manager.

Sadly this is what we’ve reverted to already.

And very enjoyable it'll be when they come up empty handed again. Everton: transition season. NEA about it, tbh. A derby win and cup run would be nice like.

Easy with that benchmark nonsense. If you want to see the true benchmark for football at the moment I'd recommend watching Real Madrid and Barcelona more. The closest thing in the Premier League is City but even that midfield has nothing on the Spanish teams.

Just need Chelsea to win tomorrow now as far as the top is concerned. Liverpool can then look at their fantastic 6 game club PL record winning start to the season and then look immediately above and below them to see the two favourites.

That'll give them some pause for thought.
