Mourinho to be sacked according to Sky, irrespective of what happens. G-Nev going mental and demanding Woodward et al be sacked (which is correct).

I enjoy watching them mire than.i did last couple of seasons. It's only October. Is anyone really looking too closely at any league tables any where.
Normally I'd say no but this is a league where two teams have finished Top 2 in 80% of seasons or something so it is noteworthy that they're both struggling

I think he's doing alright. Bar the game at the weekend they look much improved with almost the same players. I actually enjoy watching them now. But he won't last long I'd say one season before the clamour for him to take some mid table premier league team or some championship team with bags of cash.

Didn't he sign about 50 players?

It's only The Daily Mirror which has broke this story and everyone knows they're full of BS.

He'll probably go soon but it won't be this weekend. Just that comic of a paper going for clickbait.

It all hardly matters, its a one team league until there's a little more of a level playing field.

It's a little bit of a novelty in the early stages seeing Celtic so low, but they are competing on such an uneven playing field where they have all the advantages and their opponents few, that the end result is inevitable.

Gerrard is making a real go of Europe, whereas Rodgers' Celtic have been perennial underperformers, even Neill Lennon's Celtic side got some notable results with far fewer resources. Rodgers side have been beaten seven by Barca and extremely heavily by others too, their defeat to the lesser side Salzburg could and perhaps should have been embarrassing too.

The Scottish league is a joke but Gerrard looks likely to give Rangers every chance of contesting second, and if they continue their success in Europe through to the knockout stage, it will have been a very creditable and commendable effort.

Rangers will in time be competing with Celtic again. Rangers always have and under the right management they have the backing from supporters and finances to get back there. This is ultimately good for Celtic because right now they're only competing with themselves to stay at the top. Once Rangers are back both clubs will have to stay at the top of their game to beat each other. Which is why I think it is noteworthy that we currently have a Scottish table that doesn't reflect the reality the gap those clubs should have.
