Allardyce would be taking a massive gamble if he has that job now. They're bottom of the league and scored so few goals, least at Sunderland he had Defoe and Adam Johnson (before he went to prison) who could pull goals from nowhere. Even if they tighten up at the back they still won't win many games unless they can some some deals out.

If he's half as a clever as he thinks he'll swerve it and let Moyes become captain that doomed ship.

That's about right.

It would be a good job for Moyes, but he wouldn't risk another relegation.
I think moyes would jump at it myself, they will go down and he can rebuild he is running out of options with jobs and he needs to get back in before he is forgotten about.

Loyal sounding chairman may sway it, but once they go down, they are not coming back for a while.
Some old school big teams are starting to get themselves together in that league.
Forest appointing the bell end O'Neill is a shrewd move.
If he brings Keano with him again as Well, another ex Forest player it's even smarter.

Astonished at that, what he has done for that club must surely have meant he was unsackable.

If Silva doesn't work out I'd have him here in a heartbeat.

According to radio 5 it’s more him , saying he wanted a break from football . Originally at the end of the season but then the he and the club have reached this decision .

When did that one happen?
