Have felt Tuchel was pretty overrated as a manager for a while, I think he improves most clubs but this idea of him as elite is being shown up.
He doesn't improve long term - his only successes have been short term 6mths - 1 year hires, past that he's garbage and loses every internal department instantly somehow lol
