I think we are one of the toughest gigs in footy right now, the structure getting changed behind the scenes (which has happened to an extent) is probably more important to give any gaffer the systems in place to have a chance.

He's supposedly a pragmatic perfectionist or something yet he never changes things, even if they're obvious, as his ego's massively inflated and he knows better, hence his teams losing when they shouldn't.
