Leeds v Southampton on the final day will be interesting depending on how Ipswich's games in hand go. Southampton might very well prefer to help Leeds into the automatic spot to get them out of the way.

You don't think it's anything to do with losing 2 vital midfielders (McCallister and Caicedo) then having Solly March out all season, Enciso out most of the season, Mitoma out half the season and Ferguson having a classic second season syndrome. Along with playing in Europe and, yes, teams do figure out how to stifle all but the very best.

Well losing some players and having some injuries hasn't helped him but it works both ways doesn't it? Its just as easy to say of course he did well at first he inherited a team with a midfield of one player worth 115 million quid and and another one whos just won a world cup so finishing 6th was easy. People made out like Brighton had struck gold with him and he was the next great manager but his record before Brighton and now with them suggests that he's just a decent manager not a total fraud or anything just not anything like the fuss about him suggested thats all.
 

I'm still not counting the carts out of winning it as they'll likely be joint top again in a few hours. So come on Moyesy get them finished off. It would be the most "Liverpool that" / "Everton that" thing ever for them to win the league with both Arsenal and City bottling it big style after we were singing at them telling them they lost the league at Goodison. Just get them out of the race by them losing points today ffs.

I’m quite hopeful WHU could get a result today. Seems the RS are falling apart with Klopps farewell tour making some unexpected stops
