Idk…last season Newcastle finished top 4 and Brighton are in Europe while Chelsea are not. The gap between the haves and have nots is widening, however.

There’s 7 nuclear powers and 13 teams of utter dross. Villa are supposedly the best of that group and have been dispatched heavily twice now by Newcastle and Liverpool.

There’s two leagues forming between the haves and the have notes. Those who can spend freely and those who can’t spend anything.
