that is the correct decision, if they didn't give that then you should never get handballs unless players are catching it or making saves whilst not the keeper

I don't think deflections should be given as handball however yesterday they gave Luton a pen for it and Kane also got given one for Bayern so today's had to be one otherwise the handball rule, again, is murky.

This is the biggest issue: whether it's a penalty or not, the real problem is nobody is truly sure of the rules any more.

There are far too many inconsistencies and uncertainty in terms of the rules.
