I don't think deflections should be given as handball however yesterday they gave Luton a pen for it and Kane also got given one for Bayern so today's had to be one otherwise the handball rule, again, is murky.

I get what you’re saying but being wrong consistently is worse than being wrong occasionally.
(By wrong I mean that the rule is wrong, not the current implementation)
