Mourinho will happily take a point away from home from all the top sides and keep a high win percentage at home. It's what he does and he does it better than anyone else in world football.
The onus was on United to win the game. They didn't, therefore they failed.
Barring some kind of miracle run at Arsenal or Spurs, Man Utd's only competetion is Chelsea and Man City. City already dropped pts and Chelsea will be closer to 4th or 5th if they don't find a competent striker. Man Utd is in a good spot right now.
Not sure why Jose isn't getting hammered from the press for that squad he sent out there. He was lucky that Terry (who had his best game in years) Cech and Ivanovic bailed him out. He could have put real pressure on Man Utd with a win. That lineup was no different that what Moyes put out there against Liverpool before the FA Cup tie. Hell that lineup and tactics would have been too conserative for Mancini.
