The reason they didn't go long previously was because they spent pretty much all the game in the final third. A long pass would just be pinging it out of play. Saying they might need it as an option is almost admitting weakness in a way, that they might actually have to be on the defensive at times. Not convinced.

It seems a lot of the players have been running down contracts and leaving cheaply. They should be ashamed of themselves. A free education at the best school of football in the world and then they **** on them.
