Perfectly understandable decision. Torres jumped at Vertongen arm first, players get booked for that kind of challenge all the time.

Pretty sure Mike Dean only gave him a second yellow cause he wanted to ruin the game and make himself the centre of attention though.

refs constantly get them wrong as well. You can't jump without using your arms, if it accidently touches the opposition's face then that's just the way it goes. It's either a red for physical intent or nothing because it's accidental imo
