Official XI for United: de Gea, Rafael, Jones, Mata, Rooney (c), Carrick, Young, Fletcher, Kagawa, Buttner, Fellaini

Carrol is going to dominate.

liverpol have conceded 3 in games vs stoke and cardiff but scored 11. teams in the champions league wont be so generous and so clueless from set-pieces.

But they also scored 13 against Man Utd, Spurs and Arsenal but only conceded 1. The thing is they tend to turn up for the big games so who knows how they might do in the CL. Depending on the group they maybe able to make it to the round of 16 but not much further.

Making reference to 'set pieces again' indicates that you think they were lucky to score from these

Yer that one confuses me as well tbh

They are good at set pieces which I wish we were, Our corners etc are shocking

They get a freekick in a good area and theres a good chance they will create something

hes not a flat track bully tho lets be honest

unless you think him scoring more goals against weaker sides makes him one... which is a bit silly really.

if he'd never scored against us, city, chelsea, arsenal, spurs and united, fair enough, but hes defo scored against them all at least once (an hes defo scored against us sadly) . prob got around 10-15 in total in those fixtures i reckon, which is around a 1/6th of his overall goals... so hows he a flat track bully ?

one of the worst rats, but one of the best footy players

but but but he's only a flat track bully...

LMAO, embarrassing.

name me the most important goal he has scored in his career? name me the most important goal he has scored this season in fact? it certainly isn't one against a team better than us.

he nips in with the odd 3rd goal in a 3-0 win at OT, doesn't cloud the fact he hasn't scored a winner against a city or a chelsea or an arsenal. not even against us has he scored a winner, just a few goals in draws.

he's a great player, but in no way should be up there as the best in the world like ronaldo and messi - so far off. aguero - that's the best striker in the league, he's the one who scores winners in the big big games and at the big big moments. van persie is another who does it. rooney does it as well.

no need to call people embarassing when the stats prove otherwise lad

Conceding three to Cardiff. I think we can see where the fall is going to come from.

City emphatic
Chelsea emphatic.

Nuff said.
