Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers: "We were outstanding. Our possession and intensity was relentless. We went to sleep for the goal but I thought we deserved the three points. I told the players to stay calm and play how we were doing. We just couldn't finish off the many chances we had. I am sure our draws will turn into wins. Suarez's goal was brilliant and he has been fantastic. His first touch from that height, and touch was an incredible piece of skill and he is a world class striker. Most people in football know he is a threat, he plays the false nine role like [Lionel] Messi does at Barcelona. He will be disappointed we did not win."

Nice long ball punt for the equaliser,or was it an educated Xaviesque style penetrating exocet of a pass eh Stevie GBH/Brenda?

how do they get away from speaking to each other like that??

Tbh they did play well from what I heard, but the don't acknowledge they played ten men much.

Its a mirror image of Kipper that place, the bile they have for fellow reds is what binds them, if they where a bit more friendly I could understand.

Who's the long ball team now Stevie G Lad ?

"Absolutely world class" from Sewerage according to Sky. But Fellaini's yesterday was as good if not better.

Then we had 10 minutes of "analysis" drooling over him and his side without a mention that there was another team in the game. The Sky love-in with Libbpull is quite staggering.

They are unlike any other set of fans mate, if you go on other clubs forums, everyone buzzes off their ridiculous delusions.

Also: was talking about Suarez before, there is no way he will stay there next season. They wont have anything to offer him, then PSG will come knocking.

The started off like they had rockets up ther back side and for the first 10mins pinned Newcastle in there own box, After that it settled down and Newcastle got a foot hold of the game and it was 50/50

After the break it took a hoof from left back and some awful defending to let the rat into score and with the toon going down to 10 men they would always press for a winner

They have won 3 games at Analfield in 2012 which is relegation form, They relay so much on Suarez its frighting
