Im quietly very happy with the Clev signing. I think he'll do quite well.

He'll have a lot more confidence under Martinez and also getting a good half season under his belt at Villa will stand him in good stead, I just hope the fans don't jump straight on his back.

Think he will. McCarthy and Cleverly is a pretty dynamic pair that move the ball quickly. He's unlikely to be outstanding but he will make us better.

He'll be the successor to Leon Osman for more than one reason mate, I'm afraid. Play however well you can, be no matter how effective on the field, don't care how valuable you're to the squad, misplace one pass and 80% of this forum will be on your back. Said it before, but if I was Cleverley I'd specifically ask for Scapegoat being printed on the back of my shirt.
