He needs someone alongside him to be effective, he was at his best when he had another attacking midfielder like Barkley to create space and take defenders away from him.

At present he shouldn't be in the starting 11.

The video of him in the city on his scate board is utterly boss, and goes againstbthe grain of every bell end footy player we are all sick of.

He could be a proper unique and diff kind of hero for kids, and we need to embrace that and get behind him, rather than the utter tripe we see on here from fans against him.

No trackies and erms every 2nd word in interviews....a scouse lad that does not tick every stereotype......we should be made up!!!!

That's all well and good but it's on the pitch he should be judged and quite frankly he's nowhere good enough atm.

Many fans just overrate the academy players. Davies, Kenny and Dowell etc. They should go out on loan to get experience.
