Reckon he will end up a very good defensive midfielder. Clearly lucky mistake for Rotherham by him, however, about the only one pressing the ball and understanding the danger. Those are the breaks in that position. The entire back line were like rabbits in head lights for much of the game
There were some older more experienced professionals who should be stepping up.

He has not improved though. He played ok against Sheffield utd because they gave him the time on the ball. Even then most passes were side to side When a team puts him under pressure he really struggles. He has poor body strength, poor range of passing and no pace. I really wanted him to do well. But 5 years on he has not progressed at all.

Nope not this time and not being contrary, I'm very serious, and I say so myself have a good eye for these things.

Just a supporter peddling his opinion on a young lad who will become a good maybe very good defensive midfielder.

At least I'm trying not to compare him to Gilfy or Gomes like others and on that pretext I'm overtly qualified to push this.
